We offer a 7 day return policy on all of our chairs from the date you receive your item.
Your item must be returned to us in perfect condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to make the necessary arrangements, including any fees to return the item.
Where an item is returned to us due to a change of mind, all shipping costs to and from us are non refundable or included in a credit note / exchange.
